1929 First Edition. A Limited Edition of 1600 copies, 1100 for the UK and 500 for the USA, this being number 1159. Size octavo, 631 pages including bibliographical notes. Bound in full red/brown morocco with gilt I.W. within a gilt oval to the front cover, five raised bands to the spine with gilt titles in the second compartment, top edge gilt, other edges rough cut, gilt lines and corner pieces to the inner turn ins, marbled paste-downs and end-papers. Condition very good, corners a little rubbed, a tiny nick to the leather on one of the raised bands to the spine, internally in very clean fine condition throughout. A nice collection of all Izaak Walton's works produced by the Nonesuch press in a single volume. With frontispiece portrait of Walton, also contains a brief "Life of Walton" Contains beautiful illustrations by Thomas Poulton and Charles Sigrist. Ten in text illustrations of fish by Thomas L. Poulton and six copper-plate portrait engravings by Charles Sigrist. 014533
